Client name: Specs for Less
Project brief:
Develop long term window displays
To complete this project we needed to come up with a cost effective long term window treatment that would stand out and stand up to prolonged UV exposure.
Project details:
Several types of media were considered but in the end a synthetic fabric with good anti-curl properties and good colour saturation was selected.
Printed on Imagine Media's Hewlett Packard high resolution wide format printer the job was completed using UV stable ink and at 1200x600dpi resolution to take advantage of the amazingly sharp images digitally captured with the Hasselblad HD1 and Zeiss optics.
Hanging the displays was achieved with tubular steel rods in the top and bottom of each panel.
A matching footpath sign was printed on a self adhesive vinyl, laminated, and affixed to an aluminium composite material for long life and durability.
